Josh Kahn is a Partner with SKLaw and has been practicing law since 2001. His primary practice is focused in public finance, real estate and local government law.
Mr. Kahn serves as general counsel, bond counsel and delinquent tax counsel to special law districts (municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, road utility districts and levee improvement districts) located throughout Texas. He is also involved in the creation of special law districts, both through the TCEQ and Texas Legislature.
Mr. Kahn was born and raised in Brenham, Texas and is a 1998 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a 2001 graduate of the University of Houston Law Center. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, National Association of Bond Lawyers and Urban Land Institute.
